WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CLEANING SERVICES?
We have a long-standing relationship with a reputable cleaning agency that offers us a premium level of service to all of our rental and property management properties. The length of this service will depend on the needs of the property, but it will always be a minimum of two hours.
WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS FOR SUPPLIES OF LINEN AND TOWELS?
For all of our vacation rental houses, we can offer high-quality bed linen and towels on a rental basis. Please be aware, though, that we will be sending your towels and bed linens to the laundromat or dry cleaners for washing if you prefer to use your own supplies at all times. It is also possible to arrange for our cleaners to wash, dry, and iron your towels and linens within your home. This service will be billed at the standard cleaning rates per hour as stated above.
WHAT ARE THE MAINTENANCE NEEDS? HOW DOES IT WORK?
We work with a limited group of technicians, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, plumbers who specialize in air conditioning, TV specialists, upholsterers, and electricians who specialize in building. There are no too small or too big jobs!

Testing of every electrical device, every air conditioner, every alarm system, every fireplace, every sanitary fixture, and any signs of dampness or structural damage.

Identifying maintenance problems and planning minor fixes. Estimates for larger repairs or work will be provided in advance.
Pickup and forwarding of mail, as directed by the owner. Any postage expenses will be passed along to the owner.
After severe weather, a second inspection will be done to make sure everything is in working order.
