New renovated and modern apartments

All of the 18 apartments have recently been totally renovated (October 2021). The idea have been to refurbish the apartments into a stylish and modern Scandinavian look, designed by a professional interior designer. All the apartments have 2-3 bedrooms with a comfortable double bed from Elits. There is also a possibility to split the bed into two single beds in one of the bedrooms in order to make it suitable for all kind of guests. The apartments has as many bathrooms as bedrooms in order to make it as convenient as possible for the guests. The living room is designed along with an open space kitchen and dining, a comfortable space for gathering the whole company for some memorable time. All apartments has been installed with high-speed fiber Wi-Fi and a 65” SMART TV for some quality entertaining.

Private Outdoor Areas

We offer great opportunities for outdoor living in all of our apartments in Sierra Park. Every apartment includes a private outdoor area; depending on which floor you choose you will either have a private garden, private balcony/terrace or a rooftop terrace where only the sky is your limit. Every outdoor area includes outdoor furnitures and a barbecue so you can master your BBQ-skills and enjoy outdoor dining under the sun.

Sierra Park offers much more than a regular Park. While staying here you are in for the whole experience and for the lifetime memories. Enjoy your own beach club atmosphere around the pool area while relaxing on one of the sun beds. Take a swim all year around in the Swimming pool or relax in the heated Jacuzzi. Feel free to hit the outdoor gym to break a sweat whenever you want. If you are more into sporting activities, then you will be happy to know that we have two newly built Padel courts (April 2022) within the urbanization where you can choose to play the utterly popular racket sport for an hour or two with friends and family. Above all of this, there is lots of spacious green areas to let the kids loose so they can play around with their own creativity. And wherever you are in the urbanization, you will always be able to endure the stunning mountain views!

Security and service

Security and hospitality are one of the most important assets of Sierra Park as it is the foundation for creating a safe and relaxing environment. The community is gated and within the community we do have a reception and office which means that we are here for you no matter what kind of services or questions you may have. We have installed code locks on all of our apartments to ensure highest possible security since keys can unfortunately be lost, duplicated and end up in the wrong hands. And besides the security aspect, who likes to always think of where the keys are etc when you are here to relax?
